An attractive blue tint appears on the underside of the foliage.Soft Serve is extremely adaptable, but prefers moist, loamy, well-drained, lime-free soils. Requires no pruning, but  minimal pruning can be done in summer if desired.It does need protection from harsh winter sun and winds, so select location carefully.
