Plant Material
All plant material must be pre-paid with a credit card or check when ordered. Once the order is loaded for shipping, there can be no cancellations. Deliveries will take place Monday through Friday and will be shipped on a rain day only if the prior day did not have rain which allows us to load the delivery trucks. The plants will be delivered at the address given and will require your labor to unload the plant material. The driver is there to only assist in off loading. PlantsDirect cannot be held responsible for quantity calculation errors made by the customer. The customer is responsible for payment on all products, applicable delivery costs and taxes. PlantsDirect cannot be held liable for plant material that is not installed within the guidelines and/or instructions provided on the installation instructions on this site or that is included with each order. Any plant that is unreasonably damaged may be either replaced with like and kind, credited or money cheerfully refunded at our choosing. Plants are warranted for a period of 30 days. PlantsDirect warrants that all plant material at the time of delivery is of good quality. Failure to inspect the plant material and/or report any damaged or defective plants as well as shortages to PlantsDirect in writing within 72 hours after receipt of plant material will be deemed acceptance of the plant material in its present condition.
Sod
All sod must be pre-paid with a credit card when ordered. Once the sod is harvested, there can be no cancellations. Southland Sod cannot harvest sod in inclement weather. Deliveries will take place in the rain if the sod has already been cut. The sod will be delivered at the address given and arrives on pallets of 500 square feet each. Due to the nature of the product, there will be no returns. PlantsDirect and/or Southland Sod cannot be held responsible for quantity calculation errors made by the customer. The customer is responsible for payment on all products, applicable delivery costs and taxes. PlantsDirect and/or Southland Sod cannot be held liable for sod that is not installed within the guidelines and/or instructions provided on the installation instructions on this site or that is included with each order. PlantsDirect and/or Southland Sod warrants that all sod at the time of delivery is of good quality.
