Snow-Ball in SpringThe Mohican Viburnum, Viburnum lantana ‘Mohican’, is an incredibly tough shrub which may be evergreen in warmer climates.The creamy white flat-topped flowers entirely envelop the plant in late April or May.This viburnum has one of the most effective displays of bright, orange-red fruit in early July, lasting a month before maturing to black in fall.It has dark, hairy leaves that create a dark background to showcase other plants.  It displays a very compact globose form.
